The Bridge Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center’s 5th Annual Education Conference: Engage, Empower, Educate, aims to provide practical knowledge, meaningful support, and renewed inspiration for those caring for individuals living with dementia. Our conference equips both family and professional caregivers with tools and strategies to enhance care, improve quality of life, and foster compassionate connections.
